1. Create a trouble ticket on Freshdesk or change the email to trouble ticket
2. Trouble record is created automatically on Airtable
3. Assign task to make solution
4. Start working on trouble
5. After trouble is solved, report to the customer from Freshdesk
6. If customer confirmed, close the ticket on Freshdesk
7. If customer not confirmed, wait 3 working days and close the ticket on Freshdesk.
8. Report on Airtable how to make trouble not to happen again.
9. Complete the task on Asana.
